I have the perfect person for you. My sister, brother, and myself were each seeking to buy homes that would fit our unique needs. Gordon Newman stepped in and found properties that gave us everything we desired in a home. He was very patient and extremely helpful. Gordon promptly returned all our calls. He worked hours with us, and showed us properties that fit our needs even if they were not through Century 21. He even went out of his way to make our transition from one home to another easy. For instance he found someone to build a fence for me. He also contacted the person, set up an appointment to meet the contractor, and even took care of the payment. I just wrote a check for the amount and he delivered the money. He also meet with someone from 911 when their arose a problem with my house number and was able to resolve the situation. Unlike some real estate agents, Gordon truly wants you to be happy with your new home and with the shopping process. I can't recommend him enough.

Hello Gordon,
Well it been 4 months since you helped DeAnn and myself move to
Greeneville, and I haven't really thank you for your efforts. Without your
help, things wouldn't have gone as smooth as they did. Moving across the
country for California to a state and city that you don't know anyone can
prove to be quite a challenge.
We had picked two locations as possible cities. One was in the middle-south
of the state and the second was Greeneville. We surfed the Internet in both
cities and "found" an agent. You were by far much more helpful to us
"out-of-staters" than the other agent was. You made us feel like part of the
family from the start. E-mailing us possible homes that we could look at
from California was a big help.
As the time approached, we flew to Greeneville for 4 days to finalize the
house hunting. It was very helpful and beyond your duty, but you freed
yourself up for the 4 days and gave use all your attention. As you know we
found a home that was perfect for us. Closing the deal was calming with you
at the helm; your experience and expert knowledge put both my wife and
myself at ease.
Finding financing proved to be a little problem, with our past, but you put
us in touch with a broker who not only handled the problems we had, but did
it all without use having to visit him at his office. Once again, what
should have been a big pain became painless with your help.
Helping us did not stop when we moved into our new home. When I needed help
with locating something or someone, you were eager to help. You and your
wife opened up your hearts and have since become great friends with DeAnn
and myself.
Anyway, without making a long story any longer, thank you from the bottom of
our hearts for being there when we needed some help, and thank you for being
such a good friend in a town of unknown "friends". I have talked to all my
friends in California about you and have told them to get a hold of you when
they decide to move to Greeneville. I know you are already sending picture
to one of my friends in Arizona. Hope they move soon.

As A transplant from Upstate NY, I have to say Gordon Newman is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Not only does he listen to all your wants and needs, he goes beyond the call of duty and listens for the little things. Because of Gordon's keen listening ability and his dedication to find all your looking for, my husband and I are now enjoying our dream of living in a warmer climate as well as in the country as we are accustomed to.
